Supervisor Welltesting

We are looking for a Welltesting Supervisor who will be the beating heart between our Operations, Sales and Field teams and will play a key role in the successful execution of Welltest projects!

What are you going to do?

As Supervisor Welltesting you are the connecting link between Operations, Sales and Field for all our Welltest projects. In this role you are responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of projects, where you manage the team and make everything run smoothly. In addition, you support and coach colleagues within our competence management system and you give advice on the adjustment and purchase of new equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safe and manageable process during Welltest projects within (mainly) Europe.
• Managing Field Operators and supervising the team on location.
• Preparing Welltest projects in collaboration with Sales and Operations, including review of drawings and equipment.
• Acting as a point of contact for the customer and ensuring clear communication during project execution.
• Act as Assessor for Field Operators and contribute to their development within our competency management system.

Your profile

• You have a technical background (MBO4 level in petrochemical or mechanical engineering) supplemented with knowledge of Welltesting and oil and gas equipment.
• We are looking for a colleague with several years of experience in a similar position.
