“My name is Lars and I am responsible for the Logistics Department at Bakker Oilfield Supply. My career started as a logistics employee, and now I have been working as a Logistics Coordinator for 3 years.

My background is multi-faceted, with experience in various industries such as construction, logistics and oil and gas. Recently, I further developed my skills by training to become a Logistics Team Leader.

In my role as Logistics Coordinator, I am responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of our logistics team.

No day is the same; my work is very varied. I start my day by going through emails and making sure my team is well prepared to get to work. I also distribute pick orders, solve logistics issues, arrange transportation and cranes, and compare prices for transportation.
